Iconic Architecture ("we", "us") operates the website iconic.joburg and an internal tool called Iconic Pinboard. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it, in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Information we collect

Website: if you contact us through our site, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number and message.

Iconic Pinboard: this is a private tool used only by Iconic Architecture. It accesses our own Miro boards and our own Pinterest account to copy reference images between them. It does not access, collect or store data from any other Pinterest or Miro users.

How we use information

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry and to deliver our architectural services. Iconic Pinboard uses our own account data only to create and organise Pins on our own boards.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only where the law requires it, or with service providers who help us run our business (for example, our website and email hosts), under appropriate confidentiality terms.

Storage and security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Access tokens used by Iconic Pinboard are stored securely and never shared.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
